Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 has introduced in the Italian legal system the regime of administrative liability of Entities for specific criminal offences committed in their interest or to their advantage by representatives, managers or directors of the Entity or individuals managed or supervised by any of the aforementioned parties. In order to prevent the criminal offences set out in the Decree, BasicNet has adopted its own Organisation and Management Model.
The Board of Directors has established a Supervisory Board, endowed with autonomous powers of initiative and control, in charge of supervising and promoting its constant updating.
Possible breaches, which is to say behaviours, acts or omissions, detrimental to the public interest or the integrity of the entity and that consist in unlawful conducts under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 or violations of the Ethics code and/or the Organisation, Management and Control Model of BasicNet Group's Companies., or unlawful conducts that fall within the scope of application of European Union or national provisions, or acts or omissions affecting the financial interests of the European Union or internal market, or acts or behaviours that undermine the content or the purpose of European Union acts, of which employees, workers, individuals operating in the corporate context (including consultants, collaborators, shareholders, volunteers, trainees) have become aware may be reported through Whistleblowing platform at the following link:

In order to implement Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 effectively, BasicNet has adopted a new Whistleblowing policy which forms an integral part of the 231 Model and regulates the process of receiving, analysing and handling reports.
